Job Responsibilies:

- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media, and networking.

- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

- Coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

- Facilitate pre-employment processes such as background checks and reference verifications.

- Organize and oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have necessary resources.

- Support in training and orientation sessions for new employees.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws during hiring.

- Manage talent schedules, bookings, and availability.

- Coordinate travel and accommodations for candidates or talent.

- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment strategies.

- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Graduate

- Good communication skill

- Ability to work from the office full-time

- Ability to work independently and with a team





- Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy

- Monday–Friday with Saturday Flexible

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
