Job Summary

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented professionals to join our US Operations team in Mohali. This is an International (US) Process role in the Indian Night Shift, where you will support our US teams by handling HR operations, business operations, compliance activities, and client coordination.

The role involves working on day-to-day operational activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting onboarding and compliance processes, and communicating with US clients and team members through calls, texts, and emails.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy process management, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

- Support international business operations during US business hours.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding and separations.
- Review records and ensure compliance with company processes.
- Handle billing, remittance, and authorization-related activities.
- Maintain operational dashboards, reports, and process documentation.
- Work closely with US clients and internal teams via calls, emails, and texts.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high accuracy.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in operations, scheduling, healthcare processes, customer support,



or international business processes.
- Experience in authorizations, billing, remittances, or process coordination will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle calls, emails, and text-based communication professionally.
- Good computer proficiency, including Excel and web-based applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform efficiently under deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a cooperative, fast-paced international environment.
- Available to work in Indian Night Shift (US Business Hours).
- Monday–Friday with Saturday Flexible

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
