nWe are looking for US Sourcing Specialists / Recruiters with experience in non-IT hiring, particularly across Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or other technical domains.

nKey requirements:
n● Experience in US recruitment/sourcing
n● Strong exposure to Engineering or Manufacturing hiring
n● Candidates from non-IT recruitment backgrounds are highly preferred
n● Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels
n● Good understanding of the US recruitment market and candidate mapping
n● Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
