We are looking for experienced professionals to manage International car rental bookings and customer interactions for the US market. The role involves handling customer enquiries, understanding rental requirements, providing suitable vehicle options, and managing the booking process end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions for US-based car rental services.

- Understand customer requirements including rental dates, vehicle preferences, locations, and travel needs.

- Recommend suitable rental options based on customer requirements.

- Manage end-to-end car rental bookings, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations.

- Handle pricing, availability, and customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.





- Maintain high standards of customer service and sales conversion.

- Coordinate effectively to ensure smooth booking and post-booking support.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international car rental process.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.

- Valuable understanding of International/US car rental operations.

- Ability to work in a night-shift environment.

- Candidates with relevant car rental experience will be preferred.
