About the Role

Trilyon is hiring a Recruitment & Delivery Manager to own end-to-end staffing delivery for key clients .This is an individual contributor role with full ownership from intake to onboarding — the ideal candidate is both a relationship manager and an execution engine.

Key Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruitment delivery: prescreen, schedule, submit, and track candidates through MSP portals (VNDLY, Magnit)

- Manage candidate submissions via CEIPAL ATS — log notes, update statuses, coordinate with the sourcing team

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client hiring managers and MSP coordinators

- Coordinate interviews end-to-end: confirm availability, relay scheduling, and send thank-you notes post-interview

- Manage offer and onboarding lifecycle:



extend offers to candidates, relay acceptance to clients, initiate onboarding with internal Ops (NDA, equipment, background)

- Keep candidates warm and engaged through the pipeline

Requirements

- 4 TO 10 years in IT staffing delivery or recruiting coordination

- Hands-on experience with CEIPAL, VNDLY, or similar ATS/MSP platforms

- Robust written communication — client-facing emails must be professional and polished

- Ability to juggle multiple open requisitions across clients simultaneously

- Familiarity with US work authorization types and staffing compliance
