Erinlabs is building a Human-First AI Hybrid operating model for US businesses. Clients speak with an accountable human team that designs the right combination of people, AI agents, software and specialist execution for their business.

Own accurate accounting and close across multiple US entities while improving the system behind the work. This role requires a finance operator who can reconcile detail, explain exceptions and automate carefully without weakening review.

What you will own

- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity books in QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare month-end close packs, management reports and supporting schedules.
- Support AP/AR, payroll workflows and entity administration or filing coordination.
- Design finance automations with clear review, exception and audit controls.
- Identify posting errors, missing evidence and cash or reporting risks early.
- Maintain segregation, confidentiality and traceable workpapers.
- Coordinate with tax, CPA and legal specialists when work crosses professional boundaries.

What we need to see

- Direct experience managing multiple US entities.
- Strong QBO, bank and credit-card reconciliation, close and spreadsheet control.
- US accounting operations and entity or admin coordination.
- Evidence of finance process improvement or automation.
- High accuracy and the ability to explain unusual items.
- CPA, CA or ACCA preferred; evidence of operating depth remains mandatory.

Working arrangement

- Work from home in India. A private work environment is required.
- Shift: 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. IST.
- Schedule: 6 days per week, with a rotational or fixed weekly off as defined on the role card.
- Bring-your-own-device: Intel i5 11th Gen / Ryzen 5 5000+; 16 GB RAM; 512 GB SSD; 32 GB RAM preferred; reliable power backup and a confidential workspace.
