Required Skills:

- 4-10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.

- Robust knowledge of US IT technologies and job roles.

- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice and LinkedIn.

- Good understanding of US work authorization such as H1B, GC, EAD, OPT/CPT.

- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in US time zones / night shifts as required.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial screening and technical/functional discussions with candidates.

- Handle US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.

- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, work authorization, and client requirements.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.

- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Work with hiring managers, clients, and internal teams to close positions.

- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
