US IT Recruiter

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards,

professional networks) and traditional methods

- Review resumes and credentials to pre-screen candidates and assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate’s technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring and 1099 Tax terms
- Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.

Key Skills

- Proven experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of US IT market trends and technologies




- Excellent communication interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of US immigration laws and visa processes.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn recruiting, and candidate referrals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.
