Erinlabs is an AI-enabled operating company serving US businesses. Clients work with an accountable human team that designs the right combination of people, AI tools, software and specialist execution. We hire operators who own conversations, keep records accurate and close the loop.

Role purpose

Own US client conversations and the hiring pipeline that staffs Erinlabs and client work. This is one commercial-operations seat, not two jobs split between a caller and a personnel officer. You will sell and qualify by conversation, then source, screen and coordinate talent on Indeed and related channels, using AI tools to move faster without inventing facts.

What you will own

- Run outbound and inbound US client conversations: qualification, appointment setting, follow-up and clean next actions.
- Convert incomplete enquiries into a booked conversation or a documented no, with reasons a manager can audit.
- Source and screen candidates on Indeed and related channels for Erinlabs and client-aligned roles.
- Write and maintain job posts, screening fields and candidate notes so the pipeline is traceable.
- Coordinate interviews, reminders, status updates and handoffs without dropping follow-up.
- Keep CRM and hiring trackers current: stage, owner, next action, date and evidence.
- Use approved AI tools for research, first-draft outreach, summaries and screening notes, then verify every fact before it leaves the system.
- Escalate commitment changes, weak candidates and slipping appointments early, with options rather than silence.

What we need to see





- Direct US-client or US-customer conversation work: sales, appointment setting, account follow-up or staffing desks that spoke to US hiring managers.
- Evidence you personally sourced or hired through Indeed, LinkedIn or a staffing desk — not only forwarded CVs.
- Clear spoken and written English suitable for US clients and candidates.
- CRM discipline: notes, next actions and conversion evidence you can walk through.
- Comfort using AI tools as an accelerator, with human verification.
- Reliable 6 (six) day US-aligned night hours from a private workspace.

This role is not

- A script-only calling seat with no ownership of pipeline quality.
- A personnel or payroll HR seat with no client conversations.
- A coordinator role that waits for a recruiter or a closer to finish the work.

Working arrangement

- Work from home in India. A private, quiet room is required for live US calls.
- Shift: 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. IST.
- Schedule: six days per week, with a rotational or fixed weekly off as defined on the role card.
- Bring-your-own-device: Intel i5 11th Gen / Ryzen 5 5000+ or newer; 16 GB RAM; 512 GB SSD; professional USB headset; HD camera; secure internet; mobile and power backup. 32 GB RAM preferred.
