Job Title: Senior US Accountant

Location: Adajan, Surat, Gujarat (on-site)

Salary: ₹60000-75000/ month

Work Hours: US shift, 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST

About the Role

This is a high-ownership opportunity for a senior accounting professional who wants to run the full accounting cycle, not just support it. As our client's Senior US Accountant, you'll own general ledger accounting, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close for a rapid-growing, multi-brand US e-commerce business, working from Surat during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the general ledger and ensure accurate, audit-ready financial records in QuickBooks
- Review and approve customer invoicing Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), including aging analysis and collections
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), vendor invoice review, and payment scheduling
- Lead bank and account reconciliations
- Manage financial reporting and month-end close




- Ensure financial records are accurate, organized, and audit-compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of US accounting principles and financial reporting practices
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Comfortable working US shift hours (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST)
- Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
