Job Overview:

Policybazaar.com is hiring Relationship Managers / Field Sales Executives for our Chennai team. We are looking for motivated sales professionals with experience in Banking Sales, Insurance Sales, or Field Sales who are passionate about achieving targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets through ANP & case count.
- Generate new business through market visits, referrals, and customer leads.
- Meet customers and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Drive customer acquisition, upselling & cross-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle post-sales support and customer queries.




- Maintain customer database and achieve business growth in the assigned territory.

Eligibility:

- 1+ year experience in Banking Sales / Insurance Sales / Field Sales.
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence.
- Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Male candidates only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
