Week Off: All Saturday & Sunday Off

1. Escrow Assistant - Order Entry / Pre-Closer / Escrow Support (2 Openings)
2. Title Searcher - Full Search ( 7 Openings)
3. Team Lead - Title Search (Full Search) (1 Opening)

Job Summary for Order Entry / Pre-Closer:

- Handle day-to-day tasks of Order Entry, Pre-closings, Communication & Coordination. Open new escrow orders, send welcome packages, monitor EMD. Request Title, Payoff, HOA, Utility Bills, and track outstanding documents.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth deal closure
- Work on Escrow / Title Insurance process.

Job Summary for Title Searcher:

- Locate public & private records to draft legal description & compile property ownership history.
- Perform Current Owner Search, Two Owner Search & Full Search Search digital records of town/city/county offices, Title Plants, Netronline
- Work on platforms: Data Trace, Title Point, Tapestry, Qualia, SoftPro, ResWare (preferred)Review maps, plats, surveys, deeds, tax records, lot numbers, property boundaries.
- Identify restrictions / liens / encumbrances limiting property use.




- Collaborate with realtors, lenders, insurers for clarifications.
- Prepare reports for Title Commitment & Title Insurance.

Job Summary for Team Lead - Title Search (Full Search):

- Perform and manage team for Full Search, Title examination & Chain of Title analysis.
- Handle multi-state / multi-county US Title Search & Examination
- Quality control, compliance, and process management Lead, train, and manage productivity & performance of team Client communication, reporting, and SLA management

Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: Any Graduate or above

Experience: For Order Entry / Pre-Closer: 1-5 Years in US Title / Escrow / Order Entry

Title Searcher: 2-3 Years in Title Search (Full Search mandatory)

Team Lead

- Minimum 5+ Years in Title Search domain with team handling Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, research, analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) & reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently in US Night Shift
