ABOUT THE ROLE

Eduflute Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Mathematics Tutor to conduct engaging one-to-one online classes for students from Grades 1–5 .

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of primary-level Mathematics and the ability to make learning simple, interactive, and enjoyable through practical examples, visual explanations, activities, and problem-solving.

TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES The tutor should be able to:

- Explain concepts using child-friendly methods
- Use real-life examples and interactive activities
- Improve calculation speed and accuracy
- Help students with homework and assignments
- Conduct revision and doubt-solving sessions
- Identify learning gaps and provide personalized support
- Prepare students for school examinations
- Develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Strong knowledge of Primary-Level Mathematics
- Teaching experience with Grades 1–5 preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Patient, friendly, and student-focused approach
- Ability to explain concepts according to the student's learning level
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms
- Own laptop/desktop with secure internet connection
- Comfortable conducting one-to-one online classes

Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong Mathematics knowledge may also apply.
