Job Summary

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented SAP Freshers to join our enterprise solutions team. As an Associate SAP Consultant, you will receive hands-on exposure to live SAP implementation and support projects. Depending on your stream, you will work within the SAP Material Management (MM), Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO), or ABAP Development team, collaborating closely with senior leads to design, configure, and maintain ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities by Module

1. SAP MM (Materials Management) Trainee

- Assist in managing procurement cycles, inventory control, and master data setup (Material Master, Vendor Master, Info Records).
- Support configuration of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Verification (IV).
- Resolve ticketing issues related to inventory levels, movement types, and logistics workflows.
- Participate in integration testing alongside FI and SD functional teams.

2. SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) Trainee

- Assist in configuring and managing General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),



Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting.
- Support month-end close activities, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting workflows.
- Help set up Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and Internal Orders within the Controlling module.
- Collaborate with technical developers to prepare functional specifications for customized financial reports.

3. SAP ABAP (Technical Developer) Trainee

- Develop and optimize ABAP programs, standard reports, and custom interfaces using ABAP Workbench.
- Work on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms/SmartForms).
- Debug existing code, analyze technical requirements, and write Unit Test scripts.
- Collaborate with functional leads (MM/FICO) to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education:
- SAP MM: Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or General Business.
- SAP FICO: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or MBA Finance.
- SAP ABAP: Degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related technical streams.

- Core Technical Knowledge:
- Completed formal training or certification in SAP MM, FICO, or ABAP.
- Strong understanding of core module workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay for MM, Record-to-Report for FICO, or SQL/Logic building for ABAP).
