1.Conduct Recent Hire Training and OJT for JFL process.

2.Deliver process, product and system training.

3.Conduct PKT, knowledge checks and certification activities.

4.Perform call listening, role plays and mock calls.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate must be a graduate.

Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in any BPO.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
