ABOUT THE ROLE

Eduflute Academy is looking for an experienced and passionate Chemistry Tutor to conduct one-to-one online classes for students from Grades 8–12 .

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry and the ability to explain concepts through simple examples, experiments, chemical equations, diagrams, numerical problems, and real-life applications.

Experience with CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, IGCSE, or other school curricula will be preferred.

TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES The tutor should be able to:

- Solve numerical and application-based problems
- Teach chemical reactions and mechanisms
- Improve students' conceptual understanding
- Conduct practical and experiment-based discussions
- Provide homework and assignment support
- Conduct regular revision and doubt-solving sessions
- Prepare students for school and board examinations
- Practice previous-year questions and sample papers
- Adapt teaching according to each student's learning level

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Strong knowledge of Chemistry for Grades 8–12
- Good command of Physical, Organic & Inorganic Chemistry
- Teaching experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in an engaging manner
- Patient and student-focused teaching approach
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms
- Own laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
- Comfortable conducting one-to-one online sessions

Freshers with excellent communication skills and robust Chemistry knowledge may also apply.
