- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Understand requirements gathered from HR professionals and users.
- Design dashboards, forms, workflows and other product modules.
- Improve existing screens based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistent design components and UI standards.
- Work closely with developers during implementation.
- Review developed screens for design accuracy.
- Conduct basic usability testing and identify UX issues.
- Keep the product easy and easy to use.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
