As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and energetic Travel Sales Executives to join our Pune office.

Role OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, understanding travel needs, and converting inquiries into bookings. This is a telephonic sales role focused on helping customers choose the right holiday packages while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer travel preferences and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Build solid customer relationships and provide personalized travel solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, social media, referrals, and website inquiries.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and suppliers for smooth booking execution.
- Upsell travel services including flights, hotels, visas, insurance, and activities.

Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion and sales skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Ability to build rapport over phone conversations.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Good computer and CRM skills.
- Passion for travel and tourism.

Preferred Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in tele-sales, travel sales, holiday sales, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Experience selling domestic or international holiday packages will be an advantage.
