Position: Travel Sales Agent
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Travel Sales Agent to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in international travel sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to international flight bookings and travel services.
- Assist customers with Canada–India and India–Canada travel requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flight options and fares.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, availability, and travel-related services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth booking.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads,
and bookings.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate ticketing and customer support.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in international travel sales / travel process / airline ticketing will be an advantage.
- Experience with Canada travel or international travel processes is preferred and basic knowledge in Amadeus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
