- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare and share customized travel packages, itineraries, and quotations.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle domestic and international travel bookings, including hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, and holiday packages.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update the CRM/database.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, follow-ups, bookings, and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,609.89 per month
