ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to assist customers in planning and managing their travel experiences. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable travel solutions, supporting bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience before, during, and after the trip.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and expectations.

Recommend suitable destinations, travel packages, hotels, activities, sightseeing, and transfers.

Design and customize travel itineraries and prepare quotations based on customer requirements.

Handle customer enquiries through calls, messages, email, and other communication channels.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Provide customer support before, during, and after the trip.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, destination partners, and internal teams for smooth trip execution.

Assist customers with booking amendments, cancellations, special requests, and travel-related queries.

Proactively communicate important booking or trip updates and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.





Develop knowledge of destinations, hotels, travel products, and tourism trends.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional travel services.

Achieve assigned targets related to enquiries, conversions, bookings, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

Freshers.

Age: Up to 25 years.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Passion for travel and willingness to learn about different destinations.

Good listening, problem-solving, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and target-oriented environment.

Knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and willingness to learn CRM/travel systems.

- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field will be an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
