We are looking for a Transport Leasing Executive to manage the leasing, coordination, documentation, and operational requirements of school transport vehicles. The role involves coordinating with vehicle owners/vendors, ensuring timely availability of vehicles, maintaining records, and supporting secure and cost-effective transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and coordinate with vehicle owners and transport vendors for leasing requirements.

- Negotiate lease terms, rates, and service conditions with vendors.

- Prepare and maintain vehicle lease agreements and related documentation.

- Ensure all leased vehicles have valid RC, insurance, fitness certificates, permits, pollution certificates, and other statutory documents.

- Monitor vehicle availability, deployment, and replacement requirements.

- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and the school transport team for smooth operations.





- Maintain records of leased vehicles, contracts, payments, and renewal dates.

- Track lease expiry dates and initiate timely renewals or replacements.

- Verify vehicle condition and ensure vehicles meet the organization's safety standards.

- Coordinate vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules.

- Monitor vendor performance and address operational issues promptly.

- Support transport budgeting and control leasing-related expenses.

- Verify vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounts Department for payment processing.

- Maintain daily/monthly transport reports and MIS.

- Ensure compliance with school transport policies and applicable government regulations.

- Handle emergencies and vehicle replacement arrangements when required.
