Training & Development HR

Location: Nagpur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month

Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR or Training & Development preferred.

Requirements:

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Solid coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR and employee training processes.
- Good MS Office and reporting skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify employee training and development needs.
- Prepare and coordinate training programs and schedules.
- Coordinate with trainers, employees and management.
- Conduct/coordinate induction and skill-development programs.
- Maintain training records, attendance and feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
- Support employee learning and development initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
