We are seeking an organized and well-connected Training Coordinator to join our team at D Succeed Learners. In this role, you will leverage your existing network of certified IT instructors and manage end-to-end training operations for our IT and management certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

Trainer Sourcing & Networking: Utilize an established network to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified IT trainers across technologies like Microsoft, AWS, VMware, EC-Council, and CompTIA.

Session Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate training schedules, set up learning environments, and ensure trainers and participants have all required courseware and exam vouchers.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with external instructors and vendors to negotiate rates, schedule recurring cohorts, and ensure high trainer satisfaction.

Student & Client Support: Address student queries regarding course access, scheduling conflicts, and technical onboarding prior to sessions.

Quality Assurance: Monitor class delivery,



evaluate trainer performance using student feedback surveys, and uphold training delivery standards.

Operations & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of course completion metrics, attendance, vendor invoices, and trainer payouts.

Qualifications & Skills

Industry Network: Strong, existing network and connections with freelance and certified IT trainers in the industry.

Experience: 2+ years in training coordination, instructor management, or vendor operations within an IT training institute or ed-tech organization.

Technical Setup: Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and standard office productivity suites.

Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with trainers and global partner organizations effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
