Position: Training Manager – Banca Channel

Location: Bangalore , Pondicherry , Vizag

CTC: 10 – 12 LPA

Age Limit: Up to 38 Years

### Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager for the Banca Channel who will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for bank partners and sales teams to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and sales performance.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for banca sales teams and bank staff on life insurance products and sales processes.
- Identify training needs and develop structured training modules for the channel.
- Deliver product training, sales training, and process training to improve channel performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Support sales teams in improving conversion ratios and business productivity.




- Maintain strong relationships with bank partners and internal sales teams.
- Travel across assigned locations for training programs (approximately 10 days per month).

### Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Life Insurance training experience (Preferred).
- Candidates with 2+ years of GI/HI training experience may also be considered.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Local language proficiency is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within the region.

### Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Banca Channel Training.
- Robust knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to engage and influence sales teams and bank partners.
