– PRACTICAL SKILLS TRAINER

Position: Practical Skills Trainer – SAP S/4HANA, Advanced MS Office & AI Tools

Location: SMEC Institute of Management, Kerala

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented trainer to conduct practical and hands-on training sessions for students in:

- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Human Resource Management
- Hospital Administration

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical sessions on SAP S/4HANA, particularly relevant business processes.
- Provide Advanced MS Office training, especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Introduce and demonstrate AI tools and applications relevant to each subject.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, workshops and mini-projects.
- Guide students in industry-oriented practical activities.




- Assess student performance and provide feedback.
- Keep training content updated with current industry technologies.

Requirements

- Strong practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Advanced MS Office and AI tools.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience, teaching experience in an educational institution, or skilled training experience preferred.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Industry professionals with relevant expertise are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹9,378.55 - ₹39,754.34 per month
