Experience: 3–10 years in Training &

Education: MBA / MPM / MA or Technical BE / DME

CTC: ₹5–6 LPA

Candidates with experience in MSIL VSA processes will be preferred.Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all Training &
- Development activities across the organization.

- Communicate with internal and external trainers to finalize training dates, content, and schedules.

·
- Plan, schedule, and organize training programs based on business requirements.

·




- Arrange training venues, materials, equipment, and other required resources.

·
- Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

·
- Develop, design, and regularly update training content and curricula according to organizational needs and industry trends.

·
- Identify training requirements for new and existing employees.

·
- Organize, develop, or source suitable training programs to address identified needs.

·
- Prepare individual training plans for employees.

·
- Design and implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.

·
- Explore new training methods, techniques, and learning tools.

·
- Develop educational aids and training materials.

·
- Maintain accurate and updated employee training records.Ideal Candidate
