We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainer – Learning &

- Development to support employee development through effective training programs, learning initiatives, and structured assessments. The role will focus on enhancing employees’ professional skills, interpersonal abilities, workplace behaviour, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and deliver training and development programs for employees at different levels.

- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.

- Facilitate training sessions on interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork, customer service, leadership, and workplace behaviour.

- Design and conduct skill development and behavioural training programs based on organizational requirements.

- Support initiatives focused on employee development and professional growth.

- Develop and conduct assessment tests and evaluation activities to measure learning effectiveness.

- Identify training needs through interaction with employees, managers, and functional teams.

- Monitor training effectiveness and collect feedback from participants.

- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, assessment results, and training reports.

- Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure training programs are aligned with organizational objectives.





- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness and quality of training programs.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Training &
- Development / Learning &
- Development.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Good interpersonal and facilitation skills.

- Ability to engage employees and create an interactive learning environment.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to travel to different locations for training programs, if required.
