Key Responsibilities

- Handle leads generated by Mai Trip’s Marketing Team through social media and other campaigns.

- Understand clients’ travel requirements, dates, destinations, budget, passenger details, and preferences.

- Search and provide suitable flight options and comparative fares.

- Clearly explain fares, timings, routing, baggage, and applicable conditions.





- Follow up professionally with interested clients and respond to their queries.

- Build strong customer relationships, handle objections, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.

- Manage multiple clients, bookings, and follow-ups efficiently.

Ideal Candidate

- Responsible, proactive, and customer-focused.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple enquiries.

- Willing to learn and develop travel industry knowledge.

- Sales-oriented with the ability to follow up and convert leads into bookings.
