Role & responsibilities

- Design complex, multi-cavity high-precision injection molds for connectors from concept to final 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.

- Conduct design reviews, simulations, and value engineering to optimize tool life, reduce cycle time, and minimize manufacturing costs.

- Maintain up-to-date engineering records, revision histories, tool design standards, and safety/quality compliance logs

- Work closely with the tool room, production molding, quality control teams to deliver defect-free tooling on schedule.
