Job Title: Engineer/Senior Engineer - Toolroom (Stamping)

Experience: 5-7 years

Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die making

Salary: Above 7 lakhs

Job Responsibilities:

· Maintain, troubleshoot and improve press/stamping tools used in automotive manufacturing.

· Handle tool trials, validation, part proving and tool buy-off activities.

· Perform tool sharpening, preventive maintenance and daily tool inspections.

· Troubleshoot running press tools and manage spares, tool corrections and vendors.

· Support press tool design reviews to improve productivity and tool life.

· Maintain documentation, safety and 5S standards.

Key Skills:

o AutoCAD is mandatory.

o Knowledge of automotive standards required.

Key requirement - Solid hands-on experience in press tool maintenance and stamping tools.
