TL – Immigration Sales The TL – Immigration Sales will lead a team of immigration consultants, driving individual sales targets, client conversions, and overall team performance for Canada and Australia PR visa services. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and client advisory to ensure revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the team while ensuring achievement of individual sales targets.
- Drive revenue generation through effective lead management and conversion strategies.
- Provide expert counseling on PR visa options and handle high-value or complex clients.
- Monitor individual performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve conversions.
- Manage and distribute leads,



ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum closures.
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client handling.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing critical cases.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with immigration policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and process efficiency.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a smooth client journey from inquiry to closure.

Qualifications

- Graduate Degree
- Min 3 years experience in the immigration industry
