Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled TIG / MIG Welder to join our Fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and assembling components as per engineering drawings, quality standards, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform TIG and MIG welding operations as per production requirements.

- Read and understand engineering drawings and welding specifications.

- Carry out welding, fit-up, and fabrication activities.

- Set welding machine parameters such as current, voltage, and wire feed speed.

- Select suitable welding consumables and welding techniques.

- Ensure proper weld quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy.

- Perform grinding, cleaning, and finishing of welded components.

- Inspect weld joints and identify welding defects.

- Coordinate with Fabrication Fitters and Supervisors for smooth production.

- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and workplace cleanliness.

- Follow 5S,



safety procedures, and required PPE.

- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification: ITI Welder / Fabrication-related trade preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in TIG / MIG welding preferred.

- Good knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes.

- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of welding parameters and consumables.

- Ability to perform fillet and butt welding.

- Knowledge of weld defect identification and correction.

- Positive hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

- Willingness to work in shifts.

- Good discipline, teamwork, and safety awareness.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,492.04 per month
