About the Role:

UrbanWear is looking for a Textile Designer who understands design beyond just making things look good. We’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into production-ready designs for apparel and textiles.

If you’re someone who learns by doing, understands design software well, and has hands-on experience with sublimation printing , we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

- Create textile, apparel and print designs for different client requirements.
- Develop sublimation designs and prepare artwork for production.
- Work on repeat patterns, placements, colour combinations and print layouts.
- Create and edit designs using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator .
- Ensure artwork is technically accurate and production-ready.
- Coordinate with the production team to understand printing and manufacturing requirements.
- Make design modifications based on client feedback and production feasibility.
- Maintain organised design files, artwork and production-ready assets.
- Explore new design trends,



techniques and creative references relevant to apparel and textiles.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
- Practical experience with sublimation designing is a must.
- Good understanding of colours, patterns, prints and layouts.
- Basic knowledge of fabric and textile materials will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand a design brief and turn it into a workable design.
- Solid attention to detail.
- A good eye for aesthetics and colour combinations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
