About the Opportunity

As Archimedis Digital is redefining the Life Sciences landscape by merging deep domain expertise with next-generation technology, we are looking for a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Python, Selenium Framework Libraries (Positive to have experience in Robot Framework), API Automation, project management tools (Jira, Xray, qTest, Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket) , AI Tools like Co-pilot with modern technology exposure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks and reusable libraries.
- Work with Selenium framework libraries and contribute to framework improvements.
- Good to have experience with Robot Framework for automation testing.
- Develop and execute API automation tests using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Analyse test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
- Manage test cases, defects, and execution tracking using Jira, Xray, and qTest.
- Utilize Bitbucket and Artifactory for source control and artifact management.
- Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and test development efficiency.
- Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, estimation, and sprint activities.




- Ensure quality standards through functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product, and DevOps
- Contribute to automation / AI-enabled validation approaches
- Apply strong analytical and critical thinking in validation strategy

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Test Automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and automation framework development.
- Experience in API Automation testing.

· Experience in Gen AI and Copilot.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Experience with Jira, Xray, qTest, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Bitbucket.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in creating test plan and test strategy documents for every release

Good to Have (Preferred)

· Experience in Playwright.

· Experience in clinical / pharma / medtech systems

· Experience in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud environments.

· Experience in performance, security, or mobile automation testing.
