Key Responsibilities:

nRegional Channel Business Development:

nPlan, execute, and grow the regional business through an efficient channel partner ecosystem, ensuring robust market presence across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.

nSales Target Achievement:

nOwn and deliver regional targets related to sales volume, revenue, receivables, and product mix on a quarterly and annual basis.

nStrategic Engagement:

nUnderstand the business needs of channel partners and end customers. Craft tailored solutions and proposals while effectively positioning DIGISOL products at the executive decision-making level.

nSales Pipeline & Lead Generation:

nImplement industry best practices to drive high-quality lead generation, opportunity pipeline creation, and conversion. Experience with cutting-edge sales tactics to unlock new opportunities.

nProduct & Market Intelligence:





nWork closely with the Product Management team to relay regional insights, feedback, and market trends. Collaborate to support new product development and roadmap alignment.

nSales Execution & Forecasting:

nManage sales cycles from lead to closure through accurate account planning, forecasting, cold calling, on-ground visits, and engaging presentations.

nChannel Partner Management:

nEstablish and strengthen relationships with key accounts, system integrators, and channel partners at T1, T2, and T3 levels. Support and drive their growth in alignment with company objectives.

nPerformance Excellence:

nConsistently meet and exceed sales and performance KPIs. Be the face of DIGISOL in your region by maintaining high visibility and strong market engagement.
