Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including tender identification, documentation, bid preparation, submission, and post-submission follow-up.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM, government tenders and e-procurement portals and should be comfortable working with strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical documents, pricing, approvals and supporting documents.
- Prepare tender-related documentation, forms, declarations and checklists.
- Track corrigenda, amendments, pre-bid meetings and tender deadlines.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, PBG and other tender-related requirements.
- Maintain tender trackers and complete records of submitted bids.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions and submission requirements.




- Coordinate with clients/departments for clarifications and post-bid requirements.
- Follow up on tender status, results and further documentation.
- Maintain proper records of successful and unsuccessful bids.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Tender Management / Government Tender / GeM.
- Hands-on experience with GeM and e-tendering portals.
- Good understanding of tender documentation and bid submission.
- Knowledge of BOQ, technical and commercial bid preparation.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in government projects, PSU tenders, education/skill development tenders, institutional procurement or GeM bidding will be preferred.
