WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Government Tender Filing
- GeM Portal Operations
- Tender Document Preparation & Uploading
- Understanding Tender Requirements
- Tender Eligibility Checking
- Quotation & Rate Calculation
- Laptop-Based Office Work

No sales work No sales targets No field work No client dealing INCENTIVE-BASED EARNING ₹10,000 INCENTIVE PER SUCCESSFULLY SELECTED BID The candidate will receive ₹10,000 for each tender/bid successfully selected that was filed by the candidate.

Examples:

- 5 Successfully Selected Bids = ₹50,000
- 10 Successfully Selected Bids = ₹1,00,000

More successfully selected bids = Higher earning potential

IMPORTANT: NO FIXED SALARY

This is an incentive-based position. There is NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY.

Payment is linked only to successfully selected tenders/bids filed by the candidate.
