Job Role The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Encare Medical Devices products, visiting customer in the assigned area ,generate sales leads ,maintaining customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to hospital ,clinics, pharmacies ,dealers and other potential customers.

- Promote and Explain Encare's medical disposable and healthcare products.

- Identify new customers and generate sales opportunities.

- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

- Follow up on enquiries ,quotations ,orders ,and payments.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Collect customer feedback and monitor market activities.

- Coordinate with dealers/distributors and internal teams.

- Submit regular field-visit and sales reports.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Experience in field sales ,medical devices ,healthcare ,or medical disposables is preferred.

- Freshers can also apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

- Valid driving licence and twi-wheeler preferred.

- Basic computer and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
