Role Description The Tendering Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chakan, responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process for clients and partner organizations. This role includes identifying tender opportunities, coordinating tender preparation, and ensuring timely submission of compliant and competitive proposals.

The Tendering

Manager collaborates with procurement, sales, and project teams to gather relevant information, develop pricing and commercial strategies, and maintain documentation and tender trackers. Daily activities involve reviewing tender documents, conducting risk assessments, preparing technical and commercial bid content, and supporting negotiation and post-tender clarification processes.



The role also requires maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve win rates and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end tendering activities.

Prepare and review technical & commercial tender documents.

Analyze tender requirements, BOQ, specifications and eligibility criteria.

Coordinate with estimation, projects, purchase and finance teams.

Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.

Track tender deadlines and submission status.

Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.

Maintain tender records and documentation.

Support business development and identify new tender opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

✅ 5–10 years of relevant experience in Construction Tendering

✅ Strong knowledge of tendering processes, BOQ and contract documents

✅ Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple tenders within deadlines

✅ Civil Engineering qualification preferred
