– TENDER EXECUTIVE

Position: Tender Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Patna, Bihar

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, review and track government and private tenders.
- Search and monitor tenders on GeM, CPPP and other tender portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, PBG and submission requirements.
- Handle the end-to-end tender documentation and bid submission process.
- Prepare, compile and verify technical and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
- Maintain proper records of tender deadlines, submission dates and corrigendum/updates.
- Complete online tender/bid submissions within the given deadline.
- Follow up on submitted tenders and track their status.
- Maintain tender-related records, quotations,



agreements and other documents.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of tender portals and online bidding processes.
- Basic knowledge of GeM and CPPP preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure.
- Ability to understand tender eligibility criteria, BOQ and commercial terms.

PREFERRED INDUSTRY: Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC / Electrical / Government Projects

EDUCATION

Graduate in any discipline. Relevant tender/procurement experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
