HIRING: GeM TENDER EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced GeM Tender Executive with robust practical and technical knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and end-to-end government tender & bid participation.

Key Responsibilities

- Search, evaluate and identify relevant GeM tenders/bids.
- Handle complete GeM bid participation process from bid identification to submission.
- Prepare and upload all required technical & commercial documents.
- Understand tender terms, eligibility criteria, BOQ, EMD, experience requirements and compliance conditions.
- Coordinate for OEM authorization, EMD, tender documents, declarations and other required paperwork.
- Track bid status, corrigendums, deadlines and results.
- Handle post-bid activities, including order processing and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams,



OEMs and government departments as required.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of practical experience in GeM and government tendering.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of GeM portal and bid participation.
- Good understanding of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.
- Strong MS Office/Excel skills.
- Good communication, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Experience in electrical / lighting / government supply tenders will be an advantage.

Employment: Full Time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
