Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our HR & Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for calling job applicants, explaining available job opportunities, screening candidates based on basic requirements, and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding available job openings.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share their profiles with the recruitment team/client.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview dates, timings, and results.
- Maintain proper records of candidate calls, follow-ups, and interview status.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide accurate information.




- Regularly follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and candidate coordination targets.
- Maintain good communication and professional relationships with candidates.

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, recruitment, BPO, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple candidates and follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
