Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, tenants, and property owners.

- Follow up with leads and prospective customers regarding properties, rentals, and services.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property or service information.

- Schedule property visits and coordinate with customers and field teams.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversions.

- Resolve basic customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Update customer details, call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/system.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.

- Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.

- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and follow-up targets.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of call activities and lead progress.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
