Job Summary

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Call Center Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, follow-up calls, appointment scheduling, lead conversion, and providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Schedule and confirm clinic appointments.
- Explain services, offers, and basic treatment information to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Update lead and call records accurately.
- Coordinate with the clinic team for appointments and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

- Kannada speaking is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in Kannada and English.




- Telugu/Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales follow-ups.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
- Candidates from Call Center, Telecalling, Customer Service, Healthcare, Aesthetic, Wellness, or Sales backgrounds are preferred.

Salary Rs.20,000 – Rs.25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives, based on experience and performance.

6 Days Working | 1 Week Off
