● Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads

● Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artists and entertainment options

●Pitch TEF’s artists, shows and entertainment solutions to potential clients

● Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication

● Schedule meetings and calls with interested clients

● Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and follow-ups

● Work towards sales targets and lead conversion

● Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

● Coordinate with the Business Development and Artist Management teams for smooth lead conversion

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR





● 6 months+ experience in Tele-Sales / Telesales / Sales

● Excellent communication and convincing skills

● Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone

● Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

● Target-oriented and proactive approach

● Positive understanding of customer handling and sales conversion

● Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups

● Experience in Entertainment / Events / Media / Advertising is a plus
