Position: Telesales Executive

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in Sales

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹26,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp when required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handling and closure.
- Prepare regular updates/reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements




- 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Sales / Telesales / Telecalling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Candidates who are comfortable with calling and achieving sales targets are preferred.
