We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Cum Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will handle leads generated through Facebook & Instagram, explain our Forex trading courses, counsel interested candidates, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads from Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Explain Forex courses, benefits, fees, and course structure.

Counsel leads and handle their questions/objections.

Convert interested leads into paid enrollments.

Maintain lead records and regular follow-ups.

Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

Requirements





1+ year experience in Telecalling, Counselling or Sales.

Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi.

Confident, energetic and persuasive personality.

Strong target-achievement mindset.

Basic computer, WhatsApp & Excel/CRM knowledge.

Forex/Finance knowledge is an advantage; training will be provided.
