Location Khar Timing: Afternoon 3pm to 11pm Location Worli Timing: 6am to 2pm Telesales & CRM Executive – Gym Membership Sales We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Telesales & CRM Executive to handle customer and lead follow-ups for our gym branches. Key Responsibilities: Call new leads and explain gym membership plans, offers and services.

Regularly follow up with interested leads and convert them into memberships.

Follow up with existing members for membership renewals.

Maintain all customer details, call records and follow-up dates in the CRM/software.

Check pending follow-ups in the software and contact customers as scheduled.

Handle membership enquiries and provide proper information to customers.

Collect membership payments and coordinate payment confirmation.

Generate and issue payment receipts to customers.

Maintain accurate daily sales, payment and follow-up records.





Coordinate with the gym manager and team for customer requirements.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.

Maintain qualified communication and good customer relationships. Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with calling and regular customer follow-ups.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software.

Basic knowledge of billing/payment receipts.

Sales or telecalling experience preferred.
