Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have a strong interest in sales and customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and delivery details.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Update customer and sales information in the company system.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing.




- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication required.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong willingness to learn can also apply.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.
- Target-oriented, confident, and positive attitude.
